From a foundational breathwork session to a deeper private or couples immersion, each experience is shaped around you and where you are in your journey.

A powerful first step towards healing, clarity and reconnection
The Foundation Session is a personalised introduction to Clarity Breathwork™ and my way of working, designed especially for those coming to this work for the first time.
We begin with a guided conversation to explore what is currently happening in your life, how you are feeling and what you would like support with. I then guide you through a full Clarity Breathwork™ journey, followed by time to ground, reflect and integrate your experience.
This session is ideal if you are new to breathwork, feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected, or simply want space to pause and reconnect with yourself.

Explore deeper emotional patterns, create space for release and meaningful change
The Private Half-Day Immersion offers more space to explore recurring emotional patterns, significant life experiences and what may be emerging through the body.
Together, we gently explore how core emotional wounds and protective patterns may be influencing your relationships, choices, nervous system and the way certain experiences show up through the body.
We begin with a personalised preparation process and a deeper conversation about your current situation and what you are ready to explore. This is followed by a full guided Clarity Breathwork™ journey, personalised somatic support and spacious time for grounding, reflection and integration.
This experience is ideal if you feel ready to go beyond an initial session, give deeper attention to a recurring theme or receive more focused support during a life transition. It can be experienced on its own or become part of a longer personalised journey.

My approach to Clarity Breathwork™ is gentle, personalized and trauma-informed. Breathwork complements, but does not replace, medical or psychological care.
Because even gentle connected breathing can create profound physical, nervous-system and emotional responses, you will be asked to share any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, medication changes or significant mental health history before your session.
This does not automatically mean that you cannot participate. In many cases, the practice can be adapted to support you safely.
No. You do not need any previous breathwork experience. I will explain the gentle connected breathing technique before we begin and guide you throughout the entire session. The pace is adapted to you, your body and your nervous system, so there is nothing to perform or get right. All that is needed is a willingness to slow down, listen inward and breathe.
Each private session begins with a conversation about what is present and what you would like support with. Depending on the format, we may explore formative experiences and patterns, somatic awareness or relationship dynamics. I then guide you into the gentle connected breath while you lie comfortably. The process is inwardly focused, with no expectation to shout, scream or produce a dramatic release. Instead, the breath invites the body to soften gradually. You may experience tingling, warmth, coolness, temporary muscle tension, emotions, memories, insights, relaxation or stillness. Every session unfolds differently, followed by time for integration and supportive next steps.
These practices all work with the breath, but their methods and intentions differ. Wim Hof breathing generally uses repeated rounds of active breathing and breath retention, often alongside cold exposure. Holotropic Breathwork typically uses faster, more intensive breathing and evocative music over an extended period. Pranayama encompasses traditional yogic techniques that regulate the breath through specific rhythms, ratios or holds. My approach uses a gentle connected breath without forcing intensity or emotional release. The breathing rhythm is adapted to you, allowing the body and nervous system to guide the experience at a pace that feels supportive. Depending on the format, you may also learn simple breathing and somatic practices to support you through everyday stress or anxiety.
Crying, shaking or strong emotions can sometimes arise, but they are never expected or encouraged. I stay present with you throughout the session and continually adapt the breathing pace to what feels manageable for your body and nervous system. You remain in control throughout. If the experience begins to feel overwhelming, I will guide you to soften the breath, lengthen the exhale, pause or return to your natural breathing rhythm, depending on what supports your nervous system in that moment. Grounding and orientation may also help you reconnect with the present. The intention is not to force a release, but to create enough safety for your experience to unfold naturally.
Every person responds differently. Some people notice an immediate sense of calm or clarity, while others become aware of subtler changes over the following days. A single session can bring new insight or change how you feel in your body, but long-standing patterns often require time, integration and continued practice. T here is no fixed result or timeline. We pay attention to changes in your body, emotions, choices and everyday responses, allowing the work to unfold at its own pace.
Yes, in many cases. Breathwork can complement psychotherapy or counselling by bringing awareness to physical sensations, emotions and patterns that can be difficult to access through conversation alone. Clarity Breathwork™ is a complementary practice and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are working with a therapist, particularly around trauma or significant emotional distress, I encourage you to let them know before beginning. We will discuss your current support and any relevant considerations so the session can be adapted appropriately.
Yes, for many people, an online session can be as meaningful and supportive as meeting in person. You receive personal guidance, preparation and integration while remaining in familiar surroundings, which some people find helps them relax more deeply. You will need a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection and a comfortable place to lie down. In-person sessions offer the added support of physical presence and the natural setting. Neither format is inherently better. The right choice depends on your needs, location and how comfortable you feel being guided online.
You don’t need to know which session is right for you. A simple “Hi, I’m thinking about a session” is enough. I’ll personally help you find the most suitable next step, with no pressure to book.
Investment · 7,000 MXN incl. IVA (approx. 400 USD) · 4 hours · Please allow some additional time if further integration is needed.
